B: Vanilla Maxx protein shake with unsweetened Almond Milk

S. Coffee with SF French vanilla Creamer

L: 2 oz  Grilled Chicken Breast, .25 cup brown beans

S. 1/4 cup Sea Point Farms lightly roasted endamame

D. 3 oz  Homemade Chicken and Steak Fajitas ( Meat and veggies only)

S.  ? not sure yet

Water: 8 cups
Vitamins : yes
Exercise - 1 hour on eliptical, 30 minutes of circuit training, 15 minute stretch class

Good Evening/Night all!

last night dinner: tandoori  chicken with a few bites of roasted red pepper
LNS: eggface protein muffin w/ T. PB on top

B: protein drink w/ skim milk
S: 1/2oz beef jerky
L: 3/4 oz beef jerky (in a rush!)
S: eggface protein muffin w/T PB
D: will be 1oz roasted chicken w/ hopefully a roasted baby carrot. YUM!
S: probably a protein muffin again, or maybe protein ice cream.

water: So far 68oz, going to try for another 16, it was hot today!
vits: Still need my calcium, blech. Got the rest.
exercise: burned 658cal during spin class today. Need some cals (hence the PB).
