LastNightDinner: 1-oz meatball w/ sauce and parm, bite of veggies.
LNS: 1/2oz beef jerky and 1/2 of mini protein muffin (eggface, yum)
B: protein drink w/ skim milk
S: 1/2oz beef jerky
L: 1-2oz grilled shrimp (almost ready)
S: Not sure yet, probably pumpkin seeds (10g protein in 1/4c, yum!)
D: Not sure, probably ~1oz roasted chicken
S: protein drink, or eggface protein donut, or maybe crunchy cheese.
Water: so far 36oz, but it's only lunch time here. So far so good.
Vits: Yep, popping calcium now.
Exercise: Yep, bootcamp style class... need a shower!!

I am PMS'ing big time. Went to bed last night thinking of a jelly donut
Breakfast: jelly donut, coffee with s/f creamer
Snack: 5 ounces homemade grilled fish filet marinated in Jamaican Choice mango/coconut/habanero pepper sauce doctored with curry & cumin - yummy!!
Lunch: 5 ounces homemade grilled fish filet, coffee with s/f creamer
Snack: water
Dinner: to be determined, but I'm craving some kind of green veggie
vites/water = good!
LNS: greek yogurt with fresh blueberries
PB: protein coffee
B: green smoothie
L: ham/lite cream cheese roll, 1/4 apple
S: mini babybel light
D: crock pot pork steak (1/2), mashed califlower, mushroom sauce
S: greek yogurt, protein blueberry cake
V: forgot calcium this am, but back on track
W: yup
E: biked for 30 minutes, 11 miles.
I couldnt help but notice you have made a green smoothie for your breakfast.
AWESOME... I was wondering how you make your green smoothies? I am
always LQQKING for new ideas or receipes. Please share your green smoothie
receipe.
