I keep forgetting to do this now that I actually don't have "liquid and more liquid" to say

B - Quick MexiEggs - 2 microwaved scrambled eggs with salsa verde and greek yogurt (in place of sour cream) on top

S - Just the cheese ranch bites

L - 6" tortilla pizza with left over chicken with swiss/mushroom and some leftover squash and more mushrooms (I use a carb balance wheat tortilla, pan fry one side with pam, then quickly flip it over so the other side is cooking, use a tablespoon of marinara and some cheese on the crisped side, let it melt just a little and toss on some warmed up leftovers (I've done this with chicken and mahi mahi and it works great! I hate leftovers so this is a good way to make it interesting - I used to do this all the time in my low carb days! Tortillas are super then so not filling you up with junk).

S - ?

D - Probably the same as lunch since the family is ordering pizza.

Water - 32 so far, I drink a LOT at night though
Vitamins - on track
Exercise - taking the day completely off, family vacation, walked everywhere, need a break

My first time posting on here since surgery ;) Here it goes...


B: Nectar Chocolate Protein Shake w/cup milk
S: 1oz Shredded Mexican Chicken w/1 tsp greek yogurt and sprinkling of shredded cheese
L: Nectar Chocolate Protein Shake w/cup milk
D: Prob a Medium Scrambled Egg with chopped up lean ham and cheese

Water: about 40 oz so far
Vitamins:  only 2 left
Excercise: Hopefully going for a walk when it gets cooler out

L: 1.5 oz baked chicken breast; .5 oz ham
D: 1.5 oz steak; fresh cooked green beans
S: not sure yet

water: 48 oz and counting
vitamins: yes
exercise: may walk the dogs... fighting a killer cold so have no energy
