Here we are and here I am.  I am an addict and this addiction is TRYING to kill me.  When I'm away I'm usually in addict mode, but as I live and breath I will FIGHT until my last breath...so I'm back!!

today for the first time since surgery, I ate an entire greek yogurt. Yes it took me 2 hours, but I ate it. I am going to the g ym after work today. I hope this is a sign of good things to come!

Hey Ms Shell, I'm back too!  We're in this thing "together".   So, here goes....

I've gained 21 lbs from my lowest weight.  I'm back today!  24 hrs only!!

AM:  Espresso w/soy
B:  Carmaster Yogurt w/fresh blueberries
S:  Good Earth Vanilla Chai Hot Tea/soy milk
L:  1-2 oz dry salami, 1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese, 10 grape tomatoes, 1/2 cup of sugar snap peas
S:  Simply Lite Sugar Free Dark Chocolate 1/4 serving
D:  I pray it's protein.......
S:  I pray it's not dry cereal or granola

Excercise? 
Water will be done today!

I am back too with a gain but it is coming off again.  Here goes the accountability....

B:  2 eggs scrambled with 1/2 t olive oil, 1/4 cup fresh spinach, 1/2 t onion and bell pepper, 1 slice pepper jack cheese
S:  unsweetened tea, 1/2 G2 diet
L:  3 oz tuna salad  (Chicken of Sea prepared - 80 cals; 12 g protein)
S:  water, 1/2 G2 diet
D:  Planned - 4 oz Roast cooked in Golden Mushroom Soup
S:  If needed - Tuna same as lunch
