NSV...About time for this one!!
It took me a little over 3 years. But, I have finally done it. I have begun exercising. I chose to start of with Zumba and ENJOY it. It's kinda funny, while I am there sweating me arse off and seeing the scales going down. I'm thinking what other exercise I can start doing to be more active. Starting to look for a gym that I will like going to. Be it, Goodlife, YMCA, Spa Lady, or Gold's...Any thoughts on those facilities?
Hugs
Be healthy, be active!!

I've done a number of gym memberships...and each has pro's and cons...but the key thing is the only good membership is the one you actually USE...LOL...
for families, the Y is great, because it has such variety of classes, such as zumba and aerobics, yoga, pilates, etc...sometimes indoor pools and raquetball also...and it usually is the best bargain..but older equipment and less equipment, and sometimes you have to wait for cardio machines...
Gold's is great because they usually have top of the line equipment, the one by me has individual tvs on each machine & plenty of equipment and large facilities, and usually very good classes like kickboxing, weightlifting to music, etc...this is one of the pricier options for families, but worth it for singles..
Planet Fitness is one of the cheapest options for individuals, but it is barebones...and no classes...and not my fave environment...
