scale going the wrong way...

1200 cal a day is for someone who has not had WLS. we can't go by those guidelines or we won't lose.

Good that you gave up the milk but you just traded the milk for shells and the milk at least had a litle nutrition,the shells none.

The best advice I have aaand please know that I also have a trememdously hard time sometimes practicing what I preach;is to eat ONLY protein,meat,tuna,chicken,shrimp,cheeses.lunch meat.jerky,boiled eggs,egg salad,tuna salad,chicken salad.

it is truly what you are going to have to do if you want success.

I did a quick check on the stats on mac annd cheese...I am assuming it had cheese on it,right? For 2 cups:
cals 520
Carbs 96
protein 18

This is your problem...I would venture to say you are eating more of this kind of food than the protein sources you mentioned. Am I right? Are you tracking each individual meal so you know if it is going to be worth it to you for you to eat it? If you are eting 1200 cal of this kind of food the scale will continue to go the wrong way.

It is hard to detox off carbs,keep pushing for it,

Hey there I know I'm late but I also agree that 6-800 cal is ur goal here, my surgeon told me three high protein meals a day, no snacks. If I get snacky, as I am prone to do, I try to make it healthy but yummy too. A favorite snack of mine is cucumber with some ranch or italian dressing (I know I know the dressing isn't that good for me but its a little snack!) I really try not to eat more than my three meals. I have went from 220-160 in five months and am very happy. I really forget I even have a sleeve! Try increasing ur water and meats and cut out extra meals best of luck!
