L - 4 oz. Chopped Liver w/6 Pita Chips, 4 oz. Arugula and Feta Cheese Salad
S - 4 oz. Latte
D - 5 oz. Baked Chicken

VSG on 05/31/11 with
LND:half a piece of string cheese cut up onto cucumber slices with tomato basil seasoning
LNS: Tzatziki and hummus on cucumber

Breakfast: small glass of milk

Lunch: half a morningstar chik patty topped with hummus and a slice of cucumber

Dinner: I'm thinking shrimp and sautéed veggies from the garden

Water: lots to go... Ugh
Vitamins: yup, working on it
Exercise: running week 2 of C25K

Hi Ms. Shell & other VSG'ers!

B: coffee with s/f french vanilla creamer, 1 boca vegan burger, 1 teaspoon bbq sauce, a piece of plain donut

L: 5 ounces of fresh fish filet, dab of bbq sauce

S: piece of watermelon

D: broiled whole fish - probably will eat about 4 or 5 ounces of it, 1/4 cob of fresh corn

throughout the day I have lots of coffee with s/f french vanilla creamer - my drug of choice/transfer addiction

B: 1 slice each of thinly sliced ham and thinly sliced roast beef with 1/2 oz. Swiss cheese rolled up in each.
L: Same as lunch but with mustard
D: 1/3 of a grilled burger patty and some lowfat cheddar cheese.
