2 MONTHS- 48 POUNDS!!!!
Well the ticker says, 47.9... whatever! So 47.9 since the surgery and 72 since liquid pre-op diet.
I'm working out 6 days per week. I do a minimum of 40 minutes of cardio. Light strength training on last Saturday. I'll step of routine later.
Watching a 30 minute show on fried chicken on the Cooking Channel was not my finest hour, but I haven't had it. Fried chicken was my original binge food. I can't binge now, but I haven't tried it because I don't want to feel sick from it.
Liquids= about 60oz. Not impressive, but I have a goal of hitting more than 64 by Saturday.
Protein= 60g. I have a hard time with dense meat. I eat it just fine but usually only 1.5- 2.2 ounces. I am planning to make some tuna salad w/ boiled egg this evening or tomorrow. I think that will help with increasing my protein.
I'm feeling more comfortable in my skin. I feel more comfortable in public because I'm not sausaged into my clothes. I have gone from 28 to 22 jeans. I'm a little surprise by the jeans going down to a 22. The last time that I wore these jeans, I could have sworn that I weighed less, and I exercised a lot more back then. That makes me think that I will probably have to lose another 50-70 pounds before I get to a size 20. That's going to be a little annoying- whatever.
THAT'S THE SHOW!!!! I love watching those networks (Food Network and Cooking Channel), but that one got to this southern girl. I was thinking, I don't live far from Memphis. I can go get that chicken from Gus's!
Most of the time I'm fine and it helps me with keeping the variety in my cooking- but the fried chicken episode had me salivating and hitting rewind.
