Hey guys...I've been away from a computer but today I'm back.  I'm on some other stuff right now but if I'm AT a computer I WILL post what I'm eating no matter what!!

LastNightDinner:  1 1/2 cup Turkey Chili
LNS:  N/A

B:  Coffee with powdered donuts
S:  Banana Nut Muffin
L:  1 Cup Turkey Chili
S:  ??
D:  ??
S:  ??

Water:  Not even 4 cups
Vitmains:  Nope
Exercise:  Maybe

 B: one poached egg, half slice of whole wheat bread
L: going to be trying an Indian dish; butter chicken.
Exercise: Day 2 at the gym. Going to hit the treadmill for 30 minutes and learn to use the elliptical.
D: no idea what dinner will be. Kids are being super picky about food lately.

Well, I am not a week out from surgery so this is going to be boring. 

B: Activia light vanilla yogurt with 1/2 scoop protien powder
L: Unjury Chicken soup flavored protien powder
S: 1/2 cup SF pudding with protien powder
D: ??? not sure yet

I am about 20 oz on my water so far today.

Vitamins: Yes
Exercise: SLOW walk around the block after the sun goes down

B: decaf protein coffee w. unsweetened almond milk
S: none
L: tofu w. 1/4 cup soba noodles (ack! carbs!)
S: none
D: chicken salad

water: 84oz and counting
vites: doing well
exercise: 90min Bikram

HW: 280; SW: 255; GW1: 150; CW: 155.

LND: garden salad with chicken and lite blue cheese dressing
LNS: brie wedge, 1/4 pita bread, grapes

B: protein coffee
B2: green smoothie
L: salad with chicken
S:and here is where things go awry.... chunk of chocolate chabatta bread with strawberry jam, some apple straws things,  strawberry greek yogurt
D: turkey taco meat melted into 2% velveeta to make a nacho dip, green/red pepper slices dipped in.
S: I would like to say none.... we'll see what happens

Water: not enough
Exercise: no plans.... ugh.
Vitamins: I'll get right on that
