Depressed
Well.....2 more days and I am at 11 months post-op.
Although I have lost 100lbs, I was hoping for more *sigh* not that I am unhappy with what I have lost, but thought that by now I would have been closer to 200lbs. Not only that, but I have been at a standstill for the last 3 months.
Anyone have any suggestions or input on how to jump start again?

Not as far out as you, but if it was me here's what I'd do:
Make sure I am logging ALL my calories.
Make sure I am doing the "protien first, veggies second, no carbs" rule.
Make sure I am getting my water in and doing whatever exercise I can in.
I'd start there. Good luck, do you know about what your calories are at? I learned pre op that my body only needs 1200 calories a day to maintain, and that was at 280. So I'm guessing by the time I get to my goal weight, I'll only need 1000 calories to maintain. Make sure you know your prime calorie intake :)

Wow! 100 lbs. in 11 months is great! Could you imagine doing that before the sleeve? Sorry about the stall, it sucks. I would just go back to what you doing that worked. Maybe up the exercise, up the protein, lower the carbs. Just ideas. I'm only 5 weeks out so I have this all to look forward to. Congratulations on the success so far!!
