Seven Months Post Op

What up sleevers, and those on the bench... just a little update
The vertical sleeve gastrectomy gave me the opportunity to take back my life. Prior to wls I felt that I was trapped and limited by my weight. I’m currently 377lbs feel better than I did in college. I'm still shrinking and I can honestly say that VSG was the greatest decision I’ve ever made.  I've gone from size 7x/8x shirts to 4x, 68 pants to 50 pants.. 14W shoe to 13W... (didn't realize my feet were so fat).
I've been stalled for the month of July, but it's all good I still lost inches and the scale started moving again on the first.  I only weigh myself on payday so I didn't realize I was in a stall.  I'm still hitting the weights   and working on my cardio.

You are doing so awesomely!!!! Keep it up! You sound so happy! Oh, and I've been stalled too but the inches are changing .

I started at 460 and am almost 100lbs down - its nice to have a neck right?
