Well it's FRIDAY and just because I NEED to remind myself DAILY you guys will get to see my "can" list =)  I CAN control how MUCH I eat, I CAN control how OFTEN I eat, I CAN control WHAT I choose to eat, I CAN control WHY I choose to eat, I CAN control my EXERCISE, I CAN control how OFTEN I exercise

I'm even MORE thrilled I decided to post this because I didn't have time to make my smoothie and I'm out of KEY ingredients and was thinking "oh I'll run downstairs and grab me something...NOT" I have a mini refrigerator right here UNDER my desk and it currently has eggs, cheese, salsa...so JUST like yesterday I'm having my breakfast ala Ms Shell where I know everything that goes in ti!!

LastNightDinner:  3oz Salmon; Tomatoes w/salt & pepper
LNS:  3oz Shrimp; 1oz Coctail Sauce

B:  1 cup Almond Milk
S:  2 Eggs Scrambled; 1/2oz Havarti; Salsa
L:  Lindora Protein Soup; Spinach (thanks to my CANS because I was thinking a Lettuce Wrapped Burger from Carl's Jr)
S:  ??
D:  ?? (but definitely SOMETHING from my freezer!!)
S:  ??

Water:  already 7 cups and counting
Vitamins:  On the job!!
Exercise:  1 mile lunch walk
Attitude:  CAN do!

You are doing much better than me! I left the house today without my usual "goody bag" full of my water/drinks and my high protein and low carb snacks and lunch. SOOOOO.......All I have had today are peanuts! I did get a water from the vending machine, but still not making enough progress. My husband is taking me out to lunch and since I didn't get a real breakfast, it's gonna be an all protein meal - not sure what yet.

Dinner is all set -- roasted chicken and baked asparagus. One of my favorite meals (though it is sad to call how little I will eat of it an actual "meal" - I'm NOT complaining!)

Yeah everything listed is stuff I HAVE here at my desk between my mini fridge and my desk drawer.  I actually need to restock it but I'm glad to have it to keep me on track...today...

and I hear ya, Ms. Shell. My keys to success is having everything at hand. If I give myself any excuse or chance to grab something, I'll always reach for a "bad" option. I need to have my meals planned or else!

LND: black pepper shrimp
LNS: fresh mozzarella and proscuitto

D: proscuitto wrapped chicken
S: we'll see how hungry I am, but I'm sure I'll be eating a protein bar

B:   Green Smoothie - kale, spinach, parsley, carrot beets ( yes a cross breed between
       a beet and a carrot, arugula, romaine lettuce, avocado, banana, DE, Plain protein powder
       ice to chill, Alkaline water, Vitamix Blender.        YUM!

S:  1/4 Ruby Red Grapefruit

L:   Coconut and Cumber off the mexican cart with chili, lime and salt


S:  Coconut & Cucumber     ( the cart gives you so much which I cannot fini****!)

So I remembered this Salmon Spread I made over the holidays so I came home and made it today...need to get some cucumber or bell peppers to spread it on, but today I just topped my turkey burger with it!!

B:  1 cup Almond Milk

This wasnt a good day....although I have been having more bad days than good. Here I go.

B: bran with 1% milk
S: coffee with french vanilla creamer
L: Steak salad from chipotle with sour cream less than 1/2
S: Chips prolly 10
D: Slice of cheese pizza without sauce
S: 1/4 cup of mac n cheese (daughters)


Not enough water......and its super hot here in Dallas! I need to get back on track!!!
