L: Mexican ceviche (we had a potluck - I wasn't going to eat any of it - then I saw the shrimp!! YAY!! Shrimp is my friend!! Plus water

I can just copy and paste mine every day from the previous day as it's usually about the same:

Meal 1: 2 large cups of coffee w/ almond milk & stevia
Meal 2: 3 oz tri-tip
Meal 3: 3 oz tri-tip
Meal 4: 3 oz tri-tip
Meal 5: 3 oz tri-tip with Bolani sauce OR 1/2 cup veggies


Water: Trying to drink more... Never enough
Exercise: Treadmill
Supplements: Always

Survived Day Two of our workshop that included feasting.  None for me, thank you.

B:  shredded roast chicken w/salsa and cheese
L:  salasd greens w/feta and deli chicken
S:  unintended but five saltines in a who can eat eight crackers in 60 seconds contest!!
