So this week of not worrying so much is going pretty good.  I have been focusing on the things I CAN control and not the things I can't as it relates to my journey!!  I CAN control how MUCH I eat, I CAN control how OFTEN I eat, I CAN control WHAT I choose to eat, I CAN control WHY I choose to eat, I CAN control my EXERCISE, I CAN control how OFTEN I exercise....

LastNightDinner:  2 Pork Ribs
LNS:  Crystal Light

B:  1 cup Almond Milk
S:  1 scrambled Egg; 1oz Gouda
L:  3oz Pork Chop; Spinach
S:  1 cup Vegetable Soup (pre Zumba)
D:  4oz Salmon; Some Veggie??
S:  ??

Water:  4 cups and Counting
Vitamins:  Yes
Exercise:  MUST do ZUMBA!!  MUST!!
Attitude:  Can do!!

Last nights dinner: Piecve of marinated steak
Snack: Two small pieces of Dove Dark Chocolate


Breakfast: Cottage cheese with 1 tablespoon of gtranola and dried cherries
Lunch:  Burger- no bun
Dinner: ???

Snack: 1 slice colby jack cheese

I am doing the 5 day pouch test, which is really just starting over again but I am on my second day of liquids.  I was getting a little out of control and wanted to get back on track.  Mary K.

I was thinking of doing that! My scale won't move - its been stuck FOREVER at 174.  Can you let me know what to do for the 5 days...I will do it with you!!

I think it was easier sometimes when I was really restricted, not so easy to get out of control.  Plus the fact, I don't seem to have any problems with any food except maybe corn and I have only tried that once.  Haven't had a real steak yet but have had the kind on fajitas and it was so tender it barely needed to be chewed but yes I did chew and chew it.  Mary

Breakfast:   Green Smoothis - kale, spinach, celery, arugula, cilantro, avocado,
                      banana, DE, plain protein powder, ice to chill, vitamiz blender.

Snack:   Trader Joes Soy Chips

Lunch    cucumber and coconut off the mexican cart. lime, salt and chili powder.  Yum!
               ( it must be that time of the month..  i cannot tell with my hystrectomy but i still
                 have my eggs)

Dinner:  2 1/2 to 3 oz chicken

Not sure how you take your vitamins and supplements, but I split my up and fill this up once a week www.forgettingthepill.com/cgi-bin/ForgettingThePill/order.cg i then I have alarms set on my cellphone.  It works for me =)

OOOoooOOO  I will have to try this.  What kind of a container do you keep them in?
since I take them 3 times a day... is there something big enough to seperate?

Congratulations on the new job!!  The link I provided is to a pill organizer that has 4 compartments per day and is for 7 days of the week.  It also comes with a carrying case say if you go out of town.  I usually break all my pills down for the entire week and just grab a day when I leave out in the morning.
