One Year Woop! Woop! (pics)
Wow! You look great. We are just about the same size, so it's nice seeing someone my size (and height) at their goal. I think that 135 should be my goal, too! So any tips for us newbies? I am 3 weeks out, hungry all the time, and at a stall...needless to say I'm a bit down about all this right now...
Awww lovemyboys, it will get better. Just hang in there. The first few weeks are the worst part. My advise is to not take it too seriously. I truly was not die hard about it at all. After the intial diet to let my tummy heal, I followed the protein first rule but I never denied myself anything. I believe that if I'm craving something, just eat it and get it over with instead of obsessing about it and breaking down and eating more than I would have if I would have just ate a little bit to begin with. If the scale goes up three pounds over night, IT'S NOT TRUE. Don't let it get to you. Just keep on keeping on and you will be ok. I am an everyday weigher but, for me, it keeps me on track. I don't freak out about it unless the gain lasts for more than 5 days then I re-think about what I'm doing to cause it. Just enjoy this losing time and all of the NSV's that go with it because it doesn't last long enough. Good luck and let me know if I can help in anyway. Best wishes!
I just gotta say...........
Big congrats !!!!

Bravo!!! You look stunning!!! Congratulations on an awesome year! I will celebrate my 3rd year of having the VSG this month. Life was good before surgery but now I can relate to you -- life is sweeter when you are skinny. My husband cannot keep his hands off me either. I love the way his eyes light up when he sees me! I wish you continued success in the years ahead!
