B:  Tried a protein shake YUCK so 12oz Almond Milk

L:  3oz Turkey; Spinach

D:  Popeyes Leg & Thigh
S:  ??

Water:  4 cups and counting
Vitamins:  On track
Exercise:  ??
Attitude:  It's a good day

L: 3 oz Roasted Chicken, Avocado, & small amount of ranch

 Before surgery I liked the premier shakes
and then after drinking them a couple weeks after surgery i HATED them.
It's weird how taste buds change but the thought of drinking another one makes me want to puke :X

I drink protein powder in my coffee without problem and I received one of these premier shakes in the mail (I guess I sent away for a sample?) so I figured I'd try that as having a RTD option would be wonderful.

I didn't have time for protein coffee before yoga so I grabbed that this AM and I almost spit it back out. Bleck! But I needed protein or I wasn't going to make it through that class. But there's no way I'm committing to a case of those things. Early postop I bought a 4pack of EAS RTD shakes and they were horrible too. I just threw them away this weekend. I guess my tastes just don't like super sweet things or I'm used to the little bit of stevia in my protein powder.

HW: 280; SW: 255; GW1: 150; CW: 155.

LND:    1oz lean steak, 1.5 oz chic with fat free cheese & sprinkle of taco seasoning
LNS      None

B:          8 oz of protein shake
S:           none
L:           2.5 oz grilled chic with Just a few pieces green peppers & Banana peppers &
                         a  sprinkle of fat free cheese
S:           None
D:           2.3 oz of  spicy chic with pepper jack reduce fat cheese
S:            8oz of choc protein shake


water:     48 oz so far
vitamins: good to go
Exercise: 45 min slim in 6 and push mowing yard later
Attitude: Very Happy I am over a stall and losing again!!
