25% done, 50 pounds gone... woohooo!
Surgery was 6/21, so almost 6 weeks ago. I lost 30 pounds in those 60 weeks and 20 pounds the prior two weeks.
So... finally that scale moved down a pound this morning and I'm at 50 pounds lost. I updated my goal weight to 175 because that's what I really want to get to to see what it looks/feels like before deciding what to do from there. 200 is kind of my first goal though. BUT still... that's 25% of the way there!
If only the rapid weight loss would continue, but I know it will slow down a bit. Even with a 20 day stall, it still has been an amazing journey.
I have a big conference in October. I'd REALLY love to hit 100 pounds lost by then, but I'm thinking that might be over reaching the goal there, so if it happens, it happens... trying not to sweat it :)
