Surgeon... toss a coin?!!!

How did you choose your surgeon???

I have researched both surgeons at the practice, in depth, and both have excellent reviews here and elsewhere.

I'm sticking with my original decision to go with the one who held the seminar. Unless I don't feel confident in his ability... then I'll try the other. Both appear well respected so it made the decision difficult.

Just ready to get the show on the road after researching, waiting, and letting life slip by for the last 10 years...

Set up a consultation with each. Ask all your questions, and choose the one you prefer based on their responses, experience, etc.

You can try to find others on here that used those doctors and ask them.  One place to try is at the top of the page FORUMS and then choose GO LOCAL and look for your state.

I also think there's a place to search OH users by surgeon, but I can't remember how. EDIT: Go to FIND A SURGEON at the top of the page and you can read reviews written by OH members.

Keep researching both doctors until one stands out past the other.  Meet them both, check their reviews on here and other sites.  But don't just randomly pick one!

Thank you all.  I was just tired of thinking about it for the last 24 hours, after visiting with a co-worker who had the other doctor and was very pleased, so I posted.  She had nothing bad to say about the one I attended seminar with, though.  

I've decided to attend another seminar, this time given by the other physician, even if it is nearly 2 hours from my home.
