I love readin these posts as I am having the sleeve done in December(ish). I was under the impression we couldn't eat but like a few tablespoons of food at a time. Boy was I wrong! These menus look wonderful!

The first FEW months for some are hard because you CAN (at least MANY of us) only eat a few tablespoons.  I was at max 1oz of MEAT for I think 2 months...

Not much. Rumbly is having a "skinny stomach" day and is back to accepting less than 2 oz.

Last night: Should have been half of a turkey burger (2 oz) but Rumbly was having none of that - Got less than 1 1/2 oz.

Breakfast: A shake. 30 grams of protein in powder, add to water, fiber, a little Hershey's cocoa.

Snack: 14 almonds. Yeah, I count 'em.

Lunch: Shoulda been 2 oz of chicken. Ended up being about 1 1/2 oz.

Snack: Will be another shake. Same as the first. Sue me, I'm boring.

Dinner: Will probably be egg salad. Maybe chicken salad. Trying 2 oz again, but who knows.

Snack: A small RTD shake 20 grams

Note: My protein levels were teh suck even though I'd been eating/drinking 70 grams a day. That's why the heavy shake rotation. Puts me very close to 800 calories a day, but I'm losing and I'm healthy so....

Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22
