Hair loss, vitamin defficiencies, body image & self- esteem

I've said it before and I'll say it again.....you are ******g beautiful! Get those vitamin levels up! I have been slack too...probably the reason I'm cold, moody and tired (b12 and iron). I am turning 25 in a couple days and my boobs look like a 70 year old after breast feeding 10 kids.(never been prego, just fat) Its very depressing. I have stretch marks all over and my "melting" body just reminds me of what I used to be. I don't think plastics are in my future, if I so happen to come across some money i'll get a boob job but I wont count on it. Eventually, we will love ourselves...it takes time. Good luck hot momma. You should be so proud of what you have done so far!

I also had a scumbbag who hated EVERYTHING about me except my huge 260 lbs body....so glad we are past that.

iM ALWAYS COLD AND MOODY AS WELL. BUT THATS ACTUALLY ONE OF THIE FIRST IMPROVEMENTS IVE SEEN. I WILL CONTINUE TO BE STRICT WITH MY VITAMINS BECAUSE I WANT TO BE HEALTHY. THATS MY MAIN PRIORITY NOW.
