Being 4 days away from Surgery I am trying not to eat.....

So I guess I should start the "Whatcha drinking today Pre-VSGers?" post.

water, protein, SF popslicies, water, protein, SF jello, repeat......

Saving the broth til Monday!!!

D: ? Possibly mashed cauliflower w/ unjury sprinkled in?
LND: thinking of making a tortilla pizza from the eggface site

Liquids: I think about 18oz, working the rest in
Vits: working on those too
Exercise: today is an off day from c25k but lots of walking at work

LND: innards of 2 small fish tacos with black beans and 2 bites of cheesecake (I consider this a victory as a trip to the cheesecake factory!)
LNS: no room....see above

PB: Protein coffee
B: green smoothie
L: chicken and lite bbq sauce, 1/4c. cottage cheese
S: chicken with light veggie cream cheese
D: left over innards of fish tacos and black beans
S: Protein cake with PB and 1/2 banana

Vits: check
Attitude: on vacation, so enjoying myself, but also a little stressed being away from my "routine" for a week now.
Exercise: walking in the mountains (much different than walking in flat Michigan!) swimming

LND = Grilled fish and coleslaw with (lite vinergar and oil instead of mayo)
S = Small handful of popcorn

B = Protein bar and water
L = Ground beef, refried beans, cheese and salsa  (about 1/2 cup).
S = Not hungry so probably none'
D = ????

Vitamins - yes
Mood - very good!

I'm having protein drinks for B. S. L. S. D. S. and 64 oz of water all week. Seems like I can smell others whatcha having foods.  Vitamins: Sure, Exercise: We talk later. Great Job All!

Hi Ms. Shell,

I am taking it easy today because last nights dinner was lots of yum yum.
Today is Vanilla day and it tastes good.  Change it up a little.


B:    Green  Vanilla Smoothie:   Kale, carrot, parsley, cilantro, romaine lettuce, tiny avocado,
        celery, Diatomaceous Earth Food Grade, Vanilla Protein Powder by Isopure, Banana,
        small amount of green apple, ice to chill, Vitamix blender

Worked out today  30 minutes of eliptical, sit ups 100, and worked out legs today.
