What iam eating
I kind of felt like maybe I was eating too much as well, because I had not been feeling restriction. I am finally starting to feel it the thicker my food is. Yesterday I had the following to eat:
B: protein shake 11oz 30 grams of protein
S: sugar free popsicle
L: 1/4 pureed veggie soup
D: 1 runny scrambled egg with cheese
S: sugar free popsicle
I'm also getting in about 64 oz of water per day. I know I haven't met my 70grams of protein goal, but I know that will come with time.
