Birthday NSV Happy Fun Time! (With Pics!)

Today is my birthday!  I took the day off and took the kids over to Universal for a hot day of fun. (Special thanks to the nice Euro Trash lady who took the pic). There were lots of NSVs for me today including fitting on all the rides with so much room to spare and totally leaving my kids in the dust while we were walking around! I was like, hey aren't you supposed to be young and full of energy? Well, thanks to Lil' Sleevie Wonder, it looks like I'm the young and full of energy one! In your face, kids!

I haven't been this size since around my 18th birthday and I do feel like I'm 18 again and it's great because while I feel 18, I can legally drink and I know so much more about female anatomy then when I was actually 18.  I was determined to make 2011 the year that was about making the changes I needed to be happy and while there have been ups and downs...so far I am on track. Like my avatar says, I'm making it happen!

On a side note, I noticed that my hair is really starting to thin.  Most likely a combo of genetics and the sleeve. And I'm having some loosetastic skin areas that I hope bounce back a little.  But all in all a small price to pay.

 Looks like you had a fun birthday. and some great NSVs..... If the hair is thinning out, go ahead and shave it off. There is less maintenance with a shaved head.

glad you got to enjoy the day with the kiddies without worrying about fitting in the seats! happy birthday, congrats on your progress, and dont worry about the hair. if it gets that bad just remember chicks dig bald guys, just shave it down and rock a bruce willis do...

Dude awesome...glad to see you enjoying life again!  That is the BEST thing about this WLS "thing"  I agree bald is cool...but i would not say "low maintenance"  Gotta shave it every other day..or daily....but you do save on shampoo and haircuts!  ZING!  ha ha ha!
