Well since I went out yesterday at lunch and had a burger I forwent the Popeyes and just ate at home!!  Yeah me.

LastNightDinner:  4oz Pork Chop (boneless, trimmed); Spinach
LNS:  1oz Cheese
LNS:  1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese; Some SF Pudding Mix; Some Almond Milk; whizzed in my mini food processor

B:  Chocolate/Spinach Protein Shake (4oz Almond Milk; 3oz Spinach; Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder; Ice, blend)
S:  Coffee (Coffee; 2 Tbsp 1/2 & 1/2; SF Almond Rocka Syrup)
S:  Boiled Egg
L:  Lindora Protein Cream of Tomato Soup
S:  ??
D:  3-4oz Pork Chop marinating in Italian Dressing as we type; Spinach
S:  Maybe more cottage Cheese conn****tion

Water:  5 cups & counting
Vits/Supps:  Yep
Exercise:  1 mile walk

B: 2 cups of coffee, then later on one hard boiled egg.
L: 2 oz of sliced turkey breast and a few bites of watermelon.
S: 4oz banana creme protein shake
D: tilapia with green beans
Desert: 100 calorie italian ice

Water: getting it in
Vitamins: i take them at night
Exercise: um, lol...i'll try

B egg with cheese, half a piece of cheese toast
L 2 oz corn beef with cheese on 1 slice of toasted bread
S protein shake
D  2 oz chic and 1 oz cheese wrapped in 1/2 large whole wheat tortilla shell
S 100 cal pk of cocoa almonds

water      half way there
vits          Yes
exercise 30 min work out and grass cutting for 2 hrs

I am a person with "hunger", but just haven't been hungry today!  Also, I am having a hard time eating in the mornings :(  I just have no urge for breakfast, so I'm trying to choke down something with lots of protein every morning.

B: 1 ounce jerky, 1 large nonfat latte (still working on drinking it :))
L: 2 ounce chicken
Snack: Finish my latte :), maybe 1 ounce jerky
D: ??  Going out with friends.  I think I want scallops or shrimp?

Water: 2 cups.  I need to crack open another bottle!
Vits: yep
Excercise: will get my 30 minute walk in sometime tonight...

L: 3 ounces of aforementioned Quiche
S: 4 ounces of roasted chicken/barley soup
D: 2-3 ounce of chicken

Vits/Supp:  Took the meds, but not the vits yet.. tonight
Exercise: 1 hour walk at lunch today with friend

Vitamins: about half way through them
Exercise: trying to talk myself into going downstairs and walking on the treadmill

Breakfast: 1/3 of Cheese Omelet
Lunch: 2.5 oz. of Last Nights Dinner
Snack: 4 oz. Protein Shake with lactaid
Dinner:  3 - 4 oz. Lentil Soup
Snack: 1/4 c. of Pureed Peaches & 1 oz. Soft Cheese
Snack:  1 SF Popsicle


Water:  19 oz. & Counting
Vits/Supps:  Yep - 1/2 of all daily requirement
Exercise:  30-40 min walking and stretching with my Wii
