Dinner for wifey and I tonight, preceded by organic baby arugala salad with bosc pear, toasted walnuts and Torta di Mascarpone cheese dressed with a simple apple cider vinagarette.

Nice to know there are ribs in my future! I BBQed 10 pounds of baby backs on July 4th for my family and that was less than two weeks post op...none for me, but someday soon!
