Lunch: 3oz Cottage Cheese with s thin slices deli chicken breast
Dinner: 2-2.5 oz Grilled fresh Ahi Tuna

exercise: Walk at lunch (30 mins)

I am proud to say.. i did 10 minutes on the stair master, 15 minutes on the eliptical,
15 minutes on the treadmill... and worked out my bye bye arms! I feel good....
going to edit dinner because I had both tri tip and chicken for din din oh and
SF chocolate pudding. I am wondering if i am ovulating. I had a hystrectomy
...a partial ....still have my eggs and I still ovulate but i cannot tell.. hummmm
