water: so far a ton. 64oz and counting
vites: doing well
exercise: finally made it back to Bikram this am. Felt awesome.

Lunch: 3oz Cottage Cheese with s thin slices deli chicken breast
Dinner: 2-2.5 oz Grilled fresh Ahi Tuna
S: Pritein Drink

vitamins:  on track
exercise:  Walk at lunch (30 mins)

green apple, DE, ground flax seed, banana, ice to chill, alkaline water,

Went to OA meeting today...  and got spiritually fed...
I journaled and read and did soul searching

Today is a good day...but....  I want to EAT THE WORLD>>>>

yaaaaaaaaaaaay for additives!   I am your biggest cheerleader!!! 

I am proud to say..  i did 10 minutes on the stair master, 15 minutes on the eliptical,
15 minutes on the treadmill...  and worked out my bye bye arms!  I feel good....

going to edit dinner because I had both tri tip and chicken for din din oh and
SF chocolate pudding.  I am wondering if i am ovulating.  I had a hystrectomy
...a partial  ....still have my eggs and I still ovulate but i cannot tell.. hummmm
