Well thanks to Doc Hollywood whose inspired me to had greens to my smoothie...I decided to start with spinach in my chocolate shake because I really can't taste it...looks GROSS but that's another story.
3/4 cup Almond Milk
1 scoop Chocolate Protein
1oz (approx) chocolate SF Torani Syrup
Spinach
6-12 Ice Cubes
I plan on SLOWLY adding more greens to the mix....

Meal 5: 3 oz tri-tip with Bolani sauce OR 1/2 cup veggies
Water: Trying to drink more... Never enough
Exercise: Treadmill

I'm just currently "playing" at the whole greens thing thanks to Doc Hollywood, but I KNEW from previous experience that having spinach in my chocoalte shake I couldn't really taste the spinach yet you get all the benefits...thanks to Doc Hollywood I'm adding my greens to my shake. This week I'm going to venture out and add another green to the mix...wish me luck. So far for ME adding it to chocolate makes it pretty good.
