Cant decide to be up or down

I just cant decide to be up or down.  I am just so overwhelmed with people right now.  I am SUPER excited I have my surgery consult tomorrow (YAY)

But right now everyone feels compelled to want to change me.  I am already in a pre birthday funk and really  just want to cry.
