Good Heavens, it's HOT!

I've heard so many people say they're much cooler after losing massive amounts of weight.  I can only imagine how NICE it will be to stick my nose out the door and not have it pop out in sweat beads immediately.

Summer vacations... no southern beaches for me, this chick is headin' north.  

Forth of July celebrations... nope!  Misery in even the lightest weight clothing.

Upcoming local rodeo... I'd love to go, but my shirt and jeans would be PLASTERED to my skin.  No fun!!  Skippin' it, too.

As you can tell, summertime fun is very limited.  I hate summer, detest it with a passion even.

Do you all enjoy summer more now?  Do you find yourself doing things that you couldn't or wouldn't do before?  Is there something in particular you've found you enjoy about summer and the heat that you wouldn't have dreamed you'd experience back in your 'fat days'? 

Give me some hope, here!  I'm forever stuck in a southern state where the days are sunny and the nights are muggy!

Oh, ya girl. I am so right there with you! I live in CA and hate the heat, hate it! Typically my clothes were wet and stuck to me… My make up melted off and the hair around my face was frizzed out due to all my sweating! ICK… I can say babe… thats all gone!!!! WooWoo. Im still not a huge fan of heat. I like cold grey days… but I am not miserable at all this summer baby! 

Unfortunately, being also from a southern state, Louisiana, I am looking forward to this moment also.  I have lost 85 lbs but unfortunately the only place where I find that I am cold now is in my house, lol.  I guess when it's 98 degrees outside and the heat indext is 115 and the humidity is 100%, hot is just hot! LOL! The only thing I find so far this summer since my weight loss is that it just takes a little less time to start sweating, hehe. I'm sure that the winter will tell a different story!
