Snacking my way through the weekend

B:  protein coffee, roast chicken
L:  Carnation Instant Breakfast
S:  Hood Calorie Control 2% milk (first time trying it and I'm sorry to say I really like it!)
S:  shrimp
S:  roasted edamame
S:  cheese chips
D:  roasted chicken
S:  coffee and then calling it a day!

D: 3oz boiled shrimp with coctail sauce

S: 1/2 cup white beans and feta cheese in chunky tomato sauce

Exercise: worked a 12.5 hour shift, so none today
