Hey Shell! 

B- Huge double protein coffee
L- cheese stick & some ham
D- prob mexi omelet (have mucho eggs to use up)
S- maybe half an OhYeah protein wafer bar, or a yogurt..

Water: trying to float away the pre-period bloat
Vites: always popping 
Exercise: maybe.. it's freaking HOT here, and the ac isn't keeping up, even the cats don't want to move.. wait, they never do..

I make it- really strong brewed coffee with a few dashes of cinnamon or splash of vanilla extract, fridge it overnight.. pour into shaker cup with milk & 2-3 scoops of Nectar Unflavored.. shake & add ice, works great! It's been very hot, iced coffee only. Nectar also works in hotter coffee, it doesn't clump at as low a temp as Unjury does.

I also love Click, but I decided to not have it everyday- just as a treat. (it really is yummy though.) Worth buying the sample packs if you are a coffee person. I like the original better than the natural, and I also add a scoop of Nectar unflavored to boost the protein, doesn't really change the taste.

Thanks, I'm 15 months out and have gotten off track and still would like to lose some more. This coffee really sounds good because I don't like cooking in the early AM. I haven't tried the nectar but have heard of it and will give it a try when I order protein supplements next time. Haven't heard of the Click , but I will look it up. Thank for the advice and keep up the good work.

Vitamins:  On track
Exercise:  Waked at lunch (fast pace)
