I'm only on vitamin water and protein shakes today :(  Have a nasty sinus cold and can't keep any solid food down.

Hi, Just wondering what kind of protein coffee you use and how much protein and other stats it has. Thanks.

I mix a scoop of Optimum Nutrition Gold protein powder (Cake Batter flavor) with water until it's smooth.  Then brew my coffee - I have a single cup coffee maker, so I just stick the cup with the protein in and let it drip.  The real trick is to stir, stir, stir as the coffee drips so that the protein doesn't clump.

It's 120 calories, 24 grams of protein, 3 grams of carbs, 1 gram of fat.

Thanks for the advice. I still need to lose a few more pounds and have gotten off track a little. Haven't gained, just not lost any weight for awhile now. This might be good iced also.

I can just copy and paste mine every day from the previous day.. same thing haha:

Meal 1: 2 large cups of coffee w/ almond milk & stevia
Meal 2: 3 oz tri-tip
Meal 3: 3 oz tri-tip
Meal 4: 3 oz tri-tip
Meal 5: 3 oz tri-tip with Bolani sauce OR 1/2 cup veggies
Meal 6: 1/2 cup sprouted almonds (optional.. only have this on some days when I feel I need to)

Water: Trying to drink more... Never enough
Exercise: Treadmill
Supplements: Always

Start weight: 388, Current Weight: 185, Goal Weight: 180, Weight Lost: 203 lbs

B- 6oz nonfat milk, 2 shrimp
S- cheesestick and now drinking coffee
L- 2oz of peeled shrimp and 2 slices of turkey
S-yogurt or protein shake
D- Not sure yet.  possibly a steak.

Water: 1 cup so far..ugh, not doing good today
Vitamins: 2 flinstones, B12, and calcium
Exercise: 1/2 hour on wiifit, tonight will do about an hour on Wii Just dance (LOVE IT)

 Welcome back Ms. Shell: I missed you!!

B: Yogurt Smoothie (1/2 C Fage 0 Plain, 1/8 C. OJ, 2 Strawberries, Splenda)
PL: 1 oz. pastrami lunch meat, 1 oz. low fat cheese stick, couple slices cucumber
PD: ?
PLNS: Protein Latte (1 C. Plain Soy Milk, 1/2 C. Decaf Coffee, 1 scoop French Vanillla Gold Standard Whey Protein)

Exercise: Walked fast for 45 minutes and I'm going to the Picasso exhibit at the De Young Museum later today so plenty more walking then.

Water: I'm ahead of the game. Walking fast makes me thirsty, so I'm on my 5th cup already. Yeah!!

Vitamins: On track. Started with Ferrimin 150 yesterday. It's 850% of the recommended daily value. I think I will take it just once or twice a week. My Dr. wanted me to take Iron because some people are getting their labs back with low iron (6 months post op) even if they are post-menopausal. After I made  a face, he said three times per week, then he said even 1 times per week would be better than not at all because I was dragging my feet.
