Well, it sounds like you have a reason for the slowdown. But you are in it for a long haul. Is the foot too painful for riding a bike/stationary bike?

Given how you feel about your progress, maybe you should put more effort into restricting carbs to 30-40. I'm just suggesting something that you can be proactive about since you feel so limited by your foot.

You've come so far. I think it will get better.

Hang in there, girlie!  All in due time!  I can understand how 25 pounds over 6 weeks after having drastic surgery is disappointing.  But I'm so glad you realize the 4 lbs a week!  That is awesome!  Keep working your sleeve and I'm sure it will work for you.

Are you tracking your food religiously?  If so, awesome!  If not, please start.  I'm learning a ton.  There's carbs in almost everything.  Eeks.  I stay below 40 carbs a day and I feel awesome for it and the weight is coming off.  Give it a try (dropping down your carbs, I mean).

Keep drinking.  Stay positive.  Even better things are coming your way!
