LND: peeled shrimp with diced up lettuce, carrots, red raddish, tablespoon of bacon bits, and light italian dressing.
LNS: Atkins protein bar (Caramel  double chocolate crunch bar) OMG it's heaven!
and i probably shouldnt have eaten this too but a frozen sugar free pudding.

B: Protein shake Chocolate orange(scoop of chocolate whey protein cvs brand, ice, 6 oz nonfat milk, miralax, and a single pack of orange wylers light mix)

S: Water

L: 2 oz of buttleball sliced honey chicken and weigh****chers cheese stick

S: Cheese stick and possibly an atkins protein bar

D: ? not sure yet...

Water: Yes..lol
Vitamins: Flinstones, B12, and calcium
Exercise: Wiifit

I can just copy and paste mine every day from the previous day.. same thing haha:

Meal 1: 2 large cups of coffee w/ almond milk & stevia
Meal 2: 3 oz tri-tip
Meal 3: 3 oz tri-tip
Meal 4: 3 oz tri-tip
Meal 5: 3 oz tri-tip with Bolani sauce OR 1/2 cup veggies
Meal 6: 1/2 cup sprouted almonds (optional.. only have this on some days when I feel I need to)

Water: Trying to drink more... Never enough
Exercise: Kick Butt workout with Trainer
Supplements: Always

B:  Premier chocolate protein shake
S:  nothing
L:  Half low carb tortilla made into a hamburger pizza
S:  Small piece of low carb cheesecake
D:  3 pieces turkey bacon and 1 scrambled egg
S:  not sure yet

Water:  5.5 cups so far
Vitamins:  yes
Exercise:  45 mins


what do you wanna be when you grow up little girl? i wanna be a loser and sit on the bench sir! (45 lbs lost pre op) 300lbs starting weight, currently 141lbs! Lowest has been 135lbs and hoping to get back to that.

LND:  3 oz. gilled chicken breast, 1/4 cup grilled eggplant
LNS:  1 oz. reduced fat cheddar cheese.


B:  1 slice ww lite toast, 1 slice low fat American cheese, melted, decaf coffee w/skim milk
S:  1/2 small peach
L:  3 oz canned white albacore tuna, 1 tbsp. lite mayo, 2 tbsp. raw red peppers
D:  3 oz. broiled halibut steak, 1/4 cup grilled asparagus
S:  1 babybel cheese, 1 cup Earl Grey tea w/almond milk

Water:  3 cups so far
Vitamins:  Check
Exercise:  will be doing 3 miles on recumbent bike and arm rotations with 5 lb. weights
