Monday's Water Guzzlers&Protein digits!!

Here I go again...Wanting to keep track of water/decaffeinated intake...Thought I would add the protein in there too. It just may make some of y'all start thinking about how much you do take in for protein, and myself as well (O;!

3 Oz's of chicken breast...26 grams
1/2 c of pasta...5 grams
2 Oz's Black Forest Ham...10 grams
1/4c of Tuna...16 grams

Will be eating supper soon and will be having more protein to add..

Supper
Ground beef...19 grams
Old Cheddar...7 grams
WW Thin Roll .4 grams

= 87 grams today! :(...Would of liked to see a 100 grams but, cant eat anymore!!!

I forgot about the 9 grams i my coffee milk...That ='s 96!!!


My water intake so far today is 32 Oz's...neeeeeeed more with this heat!!

Ok I started using myfitnesspal app on my phone.

Here are todays totals...there seem a but weird

protein 126g seems  too high...one EAS protein shake, one med gladitator SmothieKing
                                                  one chicken breast, 2 mini baby bells light
water   4 bottles of water...3 friut20 and one propel zero

that was the good.....bad thing today was the LAST white chocolate mocha from Starbucks

I start my 2 week pre-op liquid diet tomorrow.....
