Ideas
I just started on regular food again.
I have either a protein shake for breakfast, or an egg, or a protein bar (well part of the bar)
For Lunch, I had 1 oz of steak, and some roasted peppers with cheese
for Dinner (last night), I had fish and some brocolli
For snack either some SF popsicles, or a cheese stick.

Yesterday:
B: pork chop w/hot sauce
S: Carbmaster Yogurt
L: Cottage cheese and blueberries from garden (6)
S: Protein shake
D: Tempeh "fried" in Pam dipped in SF BBQ Sauce
S: Protein ice cream
Typical snacks for me are: Beef Jerky, Cheese crisps, carbmaster yogurt, protein ice cream, sf fudgesicle, sf popsicle, "bites" from theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com, edamame salad.
I do a lot of tuna salad or just tuna out of the can. Lots of ground turkey cooked and with a bit of worcestershire sauce. I have found that I don't do typical breakfast foods for breakfast. I just kind of eat what I think sounds good at each meal. Have you been to that website I mentioned above? She's got some awesome meals and recipes!
