My firs****cha Eating Today VSGers post... need to get in the habit of this.  I'm currently on pureed stage.

LND: Egg salad
LNS: EAS Carb Control shake

B: EAS Carb Control shake
S: Kefir yogurt drink 1/2 Cup
L: 1/3 mashed banana
S: 6 oz Isopure diluted with water
D: Egg, tuna or chicken salad... not sure yet
LNS: protein shake

Vits: yep!
Water: 40 oz so far
Exercise: walk dogs tonight

L: 4 cheese crisps with black bean dip, sour cream, tomato
S: 1/2 cheese burger
S: carbmaster yogurt and berries
D: not sure - probably chicken with marnara and veggies
S: 3 dark chocolate covered oreos ---I'm planning on it...not gonna let it sneak up on me!!!


Water: 32 oz
Vitamins: ok I'll go take them
exercise: we will see - day 17, 000 of +100 degrees is really getting to me

Breakfast: Plums

Snack:   Green Smoothie -  Kale, mustard greens, collard greens, parsley, cilantro,
beet tops, japenese greens, banana, green apple, avocado, DE, Plain protein powder,
ice ( to chill )  Blend with a vitamix blender.

Lunch: chicken veggies, artichoke, zuccini with feta cheese

Snack:  protein flaxseed chips

Dinner:  Going out with the man who invented the artificial nails.  I am thinking a
version of it. Anyhow.  We are going to Beverly Hills to a place called Carmines ( not sure if
I spelled it correctly)  Just business,,,,,Just business with what I do for a living.  So I dont know whats for dinner yet.  All I know is that I am not paying!    :o)

Last Night Snack: 1/8 C. Applesauce, 2 Saltine Crackers


B:  3/4 C. Greek Yogurt, 1/8 C. OJ, 1/4 C. Strawberries, 2 T. Splenda, blended
L:  1/4 C. Carne Asada with Salsa, Onions, and Cilantro, 1/4 C. Pork Rinds, 1 bite Corn Tortilla
D:  1/2 C. Lima Beans with Ham
S:  Cafe Latte Protein Drink

Water:  3 cups & Counting - need to step it up!
Vitamins:  Need to find recommended iron and add it
Exercise:  Walking around Walmart for 45 minutes
