Snack: Green Smoothie - Kale, mustard greens, collard greens, parsley, cilantro,
beet tops, japenese greens, banana, green apple, avocado, DE, Plain protein powder,
ice ( to chill ) Blend with a vitamix blender.
Lunch: chicken veggies, artichoke, zuccini with feta cheese
Snack: protein flaxseed chips
Dinner: Going out with the man who invented the artificial nails. I am thinking a
version of it. Anyhow. We are going to Beverly Hills to a place called Carmines ( not sure if
I spelled it correctly) Just business,,,,,Just business with what I do for a living. So I dont know whats for dinner yet. All I know is that I am not paying! :o)
