Lunch: Chicken Breast (el pollo loco) 1/2 flour tortilla, pico de gallo
Snack : Brie cheese and cucumbers
Dinner: Going to disneyland so not sure yet :)
Water: 23.7 oz.
Vitamins:Going to do it now!
Exercise: Walking around Disneyland :)
B: Vanilla Carbmaster yogurt with hulled hemp seeds
S: Didn't have one today!
L: Baked Chicken wings with HOT sauce
S: Beef stick and piece of cheddar cheese
D: "Fried" Tempeh in Hot Sauce
S: Piece of a pork chop (probably)

Can't exercise until cleared (bcuz of gb surgery)
B - 1/2 Atkins Day Break Shake
L - 1/2 Cheesecake Factory Corn Tamale Cake (OMG YUM but carb bad)
D - 1/2 cup green beans, 1 sm red potato, the inside of a spicy Jamaican beef patty (OK OK and some of the sweet breading on the outside of the patty LMAO)
Today is my first time having meat. The inside of the patty is blended to a smooth consistency and is very easy to eat.

I'm needing to get back on track!! I havent gained but I have ate WAAAAY too much crap over the last few weeks. So here goes:
Pre B: 1 1/2 scoop protein shake (w/instant coffee & SF Chocolate syrup)
B: Egg salad with 1 piece Genesis 1:29 Bread (no flour-made with sprouted grains-REALLY GOOD! & recommended by my nut)
L: Same as above
S1: Chocolate cake (I'm soo glad this freakin cake @ work is now gone!!)
S2: Hummus, cucumber slices & String cheese
Pre D: SF Chocolate-SF Kaluha-Coffee Protein shake blended with ice
D: 2 oz Grilled Ribeye
S: String cheese & almonds
Water: 80 oz
Vits: Almost Done
