LNS: almond butter

B: light ww bread with almond butter
L: turkey breast with reduced fat cheese

Threw up for the first time since surgery May 17. I have felt sick many times and had the slimies once before but this is the first time I had the full on "stomach contents are outta here" experience. One thing about it, I felt pretty good after I threw up.

B: 1/4 c. greek yogurt, 1/4 small peach: started feeling sick while eating then got the slimeys for about 15 mintues then threw up and felt a lot better.
L: i scoop Unjury chicken protein in 12 oz water
D: Probably a vanilla protein shake with plain soy milk.

W: On cup number 4 at 2 p.m.  4 more to go.

Vitamins: I take 'em all EXCEPT the mid-day calcium. I just don't want to and I eat yogurt and drink soy milk every day, so I think that makes up for the 2 pills I'm skipping.

Exercise: Had a tooth pulled yesterday, so I'm off exercise at least till tomorrow.
