A self realization

I have realized that in me going through this process I will be able to come "out of my shell" so to speak.  I wont be able to use my weight as a wall to protect me and keep people at bay.  I am actually looking forward to being able to not use my self induced barrier to keep me from doing things I love, and being able to share good times with people I care about out and about!

I actually can not wait to shed this wall I have put up around me and get out there and start living!!!

I have found that I am much more likely to speak up for myself since losing weight. Get ready to see more of you coming out of your shell! It's an amazing experience.

Good luck!
