Just a quick post and I'm dashing.  I'm heading kayaking with some girlfriends so other then breakfast and then a murder mystery dinner have no food clue for the day =)

I'm still on percocet from Tuesday's surgery, so maybe that's why i don't have an appetite and i've GAINED 7 pounds. *sigh*

Happy Saturday!!!!   Already been to the gym.  Totaly killed my legs...almost could not walk down the stairs to get out of the gym.  Now I am hidding from the 104 and sunny forcasted day in my cool house. Gotta go grocery shopping later....I need more cucumbers and carmaster yogurt...

Murder mystery dinner sounds fun.....good luck with the kayaking...I am seriously lacking in upper body strength so that would not be so much fun for me...gotta work on that....don't tell mrfrog I said it though...he would hold me to it!!!
