Frustrated any ideas??
I had my first scale victory but now I linger between 249 and 250. No matter what I do, exercise more, eat a little more/less. I eat about 800 to 900 calories, and work out 4x's a week for on average of about 40 minutes to an hour. My scale is hating on me!!! I am trying to lose the 4-9 lbs that I have left for pre op. I meet with my surgeon on the 26th and would like to be under 249, since thats what I was at when I talked to the NUT and NP.
How much protein are you eating vs. carbs? If you're not going low carb (under 30 per day) try it to kick-start your weight loss.
Working out more is not going to help, in fact it can slow your loss (though it's healthy and will sure knock off the inches).

Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22
