B scram egg w/ a handful of shredded cheese

L leftover cold grilled mahi-mahi from last night (so good !)

S 2 cheese twists from TJs

D grilled chicken with vegies

S 8 chocolate almonds

exercise -- gardening
and vacuuming the house.

Strawberry Milk for breakfast
4 Chicken Wings (small) lunch
Salad (cheese, tomato, onion, oil & vinegar) dinner

7 cups of water
need help with those vitamins.. keep forgetting

worked out yesterday for 3 hours.. Today is rest day.. back on it tomorrow..

B = 2 string cheese, low fat
L = cottage cheese, low fat, w/ 2 T pineapple
S = Fage 0% Greek Yogurt
D = 2 oz. grilled pork tenderloin

Water - 5 17oz bottles
Vits - done

Exercise - walked 2 miles then rode bike 3 miles before church.  Worked in yard 2.5 hours after church.

This has been a BAD eating day!!!

B: protein coffee -- started off well
S: watermellon
L: nuttybuddy - icream cone
S: 1/2 stuffed chicken breast a very few pretzels
D: tuna sandwich, carrots with ranch dip

Water: not enough
Vites: I'll get them in before bed
Exercise: nope


I'm not looking at the totals...they probably are not as bad as I think they are and I do not want to encourage any more bad behavior

Now I know some combanations are not as strange tasting as they sound but....pickles and coffee????

 B: 3 pieces of bourbon chicken

 S: 4 oz of Tropi50 orange juice

 L: out and about so I had a cliff protein bar

 D: TGIFridays sizzling chicken and shrimp. ate 2 shrimp and a third of the chicken. didn't touch the mashed potatoes, friend took them home with his leftovers

 S: 1 oz. beef jerky and 1 babybel
