This has been a BAD eating day!!!
B: protein coffee -- started off well
S: watermellon
L: nuttybuddy - icream cone
S: 1/2 stuffed chicken breast a very few pretzels
D: tuna sandwich, carrots with ranch dip
Water: not enough
Vites: I'll get them in before bed
Exercise: nope
I'm not looking at the totals...they probably are not as bad as I think they are and I do not want to encourage any more bad behavior

S: 4 oz of Tropi50 orange juice
L: out and about so I had a cliff protein bar
D: TGIFridays sizzling chicken and shrimp. ate 2 shrimp and a third of the chicken. didn't touch the mashed potatoes, friend took them home with his leftovers
S: 1 oz. beef jerky and 1 babybel
S: 4 oz of Tropi50 orange juice
