So far today, plain greek yogurt with splenda and some beef jerkey.  I'm trying to get motivated to cook a few chicken breasts, for tonight and to take to work over the next few days, but I may get lazy and just throw some canned chicken breast together with diced onions and pickles.

I buy a rotisserie chicken once a week, debone it, and voila...chicken in the fridge for a whole week...I am way to lazy to actually cook all the time and it helps me to stay on track.

Probably some cold cuts and a little cheese, or maybe some nuked baked beans. Still only three weeks out, so steak isn't on the menu for me just yet.
