Ok yall we made it through the week!!  I am thrilled to be a pound lower then I was for my "official" weigh day of Tuesday so what do I do when I come to work I eat 3 chocolate covered carmels...SHESH...I'm moving past it now and going to HATE the craving that may probably arise from it.

B:  1 Cup Almond Milk; 1 Cup Coffee; 3 Chocolate Covered Caramels
S:  1 Scrambled Egg; 1/2oz Cheese; Light Sour Cream; Salsa; Jalapenos

chsnge my Confession---  I am doing great with sticking with my eating plan once I post it here...until after dinner...then I go for the ice cream....I have got to get an icream maker so I can make some protein ice cream!!!...am am going to go order one NOW!!!!

Toe is feeling much better...I think I am going to try going to the gym...I mean ...I AM GOING to the gym TODAY!!!....

You know you can try making a really thick protein shake or freeze a shake (it won't have that creamy consistency, but it might helpuntil that maker comes in)

 The other day at Costco I saw the ice cream maker eggface recommends for only $30.00 I spent about $50 on mine at Bed Bath & Beyond

Am two weeks out and kind of having a hard time but here goes...
LNS: wild cherry nectar poured over shaved ice
LND: 2 T cheesy mashed cauliflower

B: 4oz EAS vanilla protein shake
L: Going to try some sf banana pudding made with unflavored protein
S: 4oz EAS Protein
D: Going to try some chicken or tuna salad
