On full liquids and purees. Struggling to get the protein in, I really hate protein shakes, but I welcome them compared to Isopure. LOL

B - Fage greek yogurt with honey (didn't think about the carbs, oops!)
L - left over from Chili's - pureed green chili chicken soup and a few spoons of mushed black beans
S - Pure Protein drink
D - Some sort of chicken salad, hubby is making so I'll puree up something

Other Snacks:
I have a K20 in my water mixed with a Procel packet, hoping with that and the chicken I won't have to do another protein shake. LOL -- I'll probably have a little bit of cheese at some point. Because I can.

B:  1/2 cup egg beaters, 4T asiago cheese
L:  6 ounce chicken mush
S:  chocolate chip cookie
D:  3 ounces potato chips
S:  5 baby spoonfuls ice cream - counted is as a cup, but know wasn't that much

Calories - 1375
Fat - 76g, CHO - 112g, Protein- 63g

Water: 5 cups
Vitamins:  yes
Exercise:  ran 4.5 miles, planned - casual walk this evening after dark with husband

B:  Smoothie: 1/2 C. Fage 0 Yogurt, 1/8 C. Orange Juice, 1/2 packet Trader Joe's Mango Puree
L:  McDonalds Asian Chicken Salad: 1.5 oz chicken breast, 1/8 cup mixed salad veggies and fruit, 1 Tablespoon 
Newman’s Own® Low-Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing. 
Planned D:  2 oz. Ground Beef pattie, 1/8 C. corn, cut off the cob
Planned LNS:  1 c. Plain Soy Milk, 1 scoop protein powder

Water:   4 cups and counting
Vitamins:  check
Exercise: 30 minute strength training with trainer
