LND:  Salmon and pesto; cheese chips
LNS:  SF pudding

B:  protein coffee and 2 oz salmon
L:  chicken fajitas (no tortillas, but guac and sour cream, oh yes!)
S:  nonfat latte
D:  Bison NY strip steak and something

Water  doing good
Vitamins  on track
Exercise  did 2000 "free steps" on the Wii last night and my legs ain't loving me today.  See how I feel tonight about exercise.

D:  3 oz. Chicken

Vitamins:  yep

LND: 1/2 hamburger and a couple of fries
LNS: the other 1/2 of the hamburger

B: 5 oz fat free greek yogurt, 1 container baby food prunes
S: 1 oz beef jerky
L: 4 oz chicken breast stewed in enchilada sauce
S: 1 oz beef jerky

I always take my vitamins with food to avoid an upset stomach, but the past couple of days I've been getting nauseated anyway. What's up with that?
Liquids are on track.

 I have not been good lately! Feel awful about it and am back on the wagon.
