LND: 1/2 hamburger and a couple of fries
LNS: the other 1/2 of the hamburger
B: 5 oz fat free greek yogurt, 1 container baby food prunes
S: 1 oz beef jerky
L: 4 oz chicken breast stewed in enchilada sauce

I always take my vitamins with food to avoid an upset stomach, but the past couple of days I've been getting nauseated anyway. What's up with that?
