LastNightS:  3 mints

B:  1 cup Almond Milk; Coffee w/1/2 & 1/2
S:  2.8oz Tuna Cup
L:  4oz Ribs; 2oz Smashed Caulifllower w/cheese
S:  ??
D:  3oz Grilled Chicken Breast; 3oz Salad
S:  ??

Water:  5 cups and counting
Vitamins:  Yes
Exercise:  Does sex count (what am I saying of course it does)

Just protein shake so far and fluids. Not sure what the rest of the day will bring.

Slept through breakfast :) YAY Me!

L 1 egg, 1 chocolate Oiko's - delish!
D - 1/2 Rosemary and wine brat, a spoon of sauteed onions and peppers
S - cheese
Fluids...ummm...slept in too late, playing catch up - adding Nectar (mmmmmm...) to catch up protein from missed breakfast
Vitamins...3 more to go
Exercise...going swimming with the munchkins.

B: 2 oz cottage cheese
L: 1/3 bowl Chili's purees green chili chicken soup and a few spoons mashed up black beans
D: I have no idea, puree soup or something, maybe some tuna fish, I should go make some so it will be cold.
S: Probably a protein drink, maybe some greek yogurt, cheese, whatever.

Water: On track
Exercise: Walked 2 miles yesterday, will walk another tonight

Struggling with protein, was hoping to get down to one drink per day and eventually all of it. I cannot stand the powders so adding it to stuff isn't working out so great. I also miss liking food. LOL. I'm just not hungry so I'm eating because I'm supposed to and it means one less shake I have to deal with. At least it's not Ispoure!

Havin a lazy day today...
breakfast and lunch 4 oz applesauce with protein and fiber powder,
snack 2 - 1oz string cheese sticks....

I had succumbed to the carb monster and had eaten some rosemary roasted potatoes I'd made for BBQ during the weekend, and then rosemary roasted potato salad I'd made out of the leftovers with added hardboiled eggs, mayo, chopped red onion, diced celery, salt and pepper yesterday, so it's back on the wagon again for me!

Last night: 2.5-3oz pan seared salmon and broccoli prepared with garlic and oil (out at a restaurant for karaoke! I skipped the potatoes that came on the dish and my boyfriend ate the salad as I'm not up to that stage yet :) )

Today:
B: 3.5 oz leftover salmon and remaining broccoli florette from last night
L: EAS protein shake
S: cheese
D: 3 oz barbequed shrimp and some leftover veggie skewers from the grill (portobello mushrooms, vidalia onions, grape tomatoes, red and green peppers)
S: If I'm still hungry I might have some tuna salad

Water: 750ml and counting
Vitamins: Yes, with the rest to take at bedtime
Exercise: 65 minutes of eliptical at the gym

Went to the movies yesterday and had popcorn....so I need to drink lots to get all of the nasty salt out...

B: 1/2 protein coffee shake
