S:  2.8oz Tuna Cup (An Egg just didn't have enough protein)

D:  Popeyes Thigh =) it's been awhile

Water:  10 cup water; 2 cups crystal light

Exercise:  Toning Downtown w/Richard Simmons (30 min)

B:  Green smoothie -  Kale, Spinach, Romaine Lettuce, Bok Choy, Celery, Parsley,
Avocado, Arugula, Carrot Tops, Beet Tops, Daikon Root, Diatomaceous Earth ( Food Grade )  Banana, Green Apple, Protein Powder, Ice ( to chill )   blended in my vitamix blender ( My
greatest investment)

S:  nectarine or a peach   ( have not decided yet )

My breakfast and lunch looks like a liquid but its really food blended.  I am not on a liquid
food plan.  my vitamix blender  chews my food for me and releases the inner cells, vitamins & minerals that a human jaw cant chew to the consistency it needs to get to with greens.

Hey! I am only post-op day 5 and I am struggling to even get in my water!  This morning I made the mistake of taking my vitamin on an empty stomach and experienced my first episode of vomiting.  NOT FUN!!!

But so far this is the plan:

B: 2 Tbs Cream of Wheat with 1tsp unflavored protein powder
S: 6 ounce Bariatric Advantage Shake with 3 ounce water & 3 ounces Almond Milk (was oringinally 8 ounces but it took me 1 1/2 to get down 6 ounces!)
L: 1 deviled egg mashed finely
S: 2 Tbs SF Jello Mint Chocolate Mousse
D: 2-4 Tbs Tomato soup made with skim milk
S: 8 ounce Bariatric Advantage Shake with 4 ounces Almond milk & 4 ounces water.

Between meals and snacks, will continue to sip, sip, sip!!!
HW: 245lbs SW:232lbs; CW: 206.2lbs;  GW:125lbs  Height 5ft 2in

So, I had 3 cups of microwave popcorn, 6 Chips a Hoys,  and one oreo last night that were not planned....DONE....Moving on....So glad for these few weeks off of work...they are helping me to get back on  track...My job is not so structured and has too many oppertunities to snack...but our building is going through a remodel so when I go back I will be going to a temporary office...hopefully the change of scene will help me not go back to bad habbits


B:1 peice of toast with pb&j----when will I learn its not worth the cals and carbs :(
S: protein coffee shake
L: chicken, pico de gallo, avacado, cheese
S: Carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers with ranch dip
D: ground beef, yellow squash, zuccini, red onion, mushroom, provolone, pizza sauce

Exercise: 10 minutes on the STAIRS....yea baby!!! and 20 minutes on the elliptical ( interval between sprints and walking)

I've put on 5 pounds by indulging in the bountiful mango season we're having in Soth Florida. I'm not worried beacuse I know that going back to basics will have me back at my goal weight in 1-2 weeks. I'm out of mangos now and started back to basics today.
1. 600-800 calories
2. 70-100 gram of protein
3. Less than 40 grams of carbs
4. Minimum 64 oz. liquids
5. Exercise/physical activity
