My breakfast and lunch looks like a liquid but its really food blended. I am not on a liquid
food plan. my vitamix blender chews my food for me and releases the inner cells, vitamins & minerals that a human jaw cant chew to the consistency it needs to get to with greens.

L: 1 deviled egg mashed finely
S: 2 Tbs SF Jello Mint Chocolate Mousse
D: 2-4 Tbs Tomato soup made with skim milk
S: 8 ounce Bariatric Advantage Shake with 4 ounces Almond milk & 4 ounces water.
Between meals and snacks, will continue to sip, sip, sip!!!
B:1 peice of toast with pb&j----when will I learn its not worth the cals and carbs :(

I've put on 5 pounds by indulging in the bountiful mango season we're having in Soth Florida. I'm not worried beacuse I know that going back to basics will have me back at my goal weight in 1-2 weeks. I'm out of mangos now and started back to basics today.
1. 600-800 calories
2. 70-100 gram of protein
3. Less than 40 grams of carbs
4. Minimum 64 oz. liquids
5. Exercise/physical activity
6. Track what I eat
